Built by the artist, this tool allows for direct transfer of brainwaves (EEG) and 3D positional head-tracking to a modular synth (CV). MuchDesigner - Parametric Music Modules Built in TouchDesigner for Eurorack I've been researching new ways to visualise and interact with the creation of sonic waveforms in a parametric way. Diving deep into eurorack modular synths in 2022, I decided to create a system that allows for creative coding to take a major role in the sound creation process. As opposed to making a one-off audiovisual instrument just for myself, I wanted to make a set of modules in TouchDesigner that could feasibly do what might cost $1000s in physical modules, but with new twists and fun and engaging interfaces.
